HOW MUCH DOES A BOOKKEEPER REALLY COST?

It depends on the needs of your business. We typically start with a free 30-minute consultation, during which we’ll take the time to listen and understand your business, and goals before putting together a plan that works for you.

We charge an hourly rate for most services but we also offer packages that include a variety of services. These packages can be modified to fit your needs so please do not hesitate to contact us and request a “fixed rate” for your specific project or to request a custom quote. We are dedicated to working for you so finding a package that fits the needs of your business is important to us.

QuickBooks Training

This includes consulting and/or Support Services

Remote Access (and Phone) QuickBooks Training/Support $275 to $550 per session, depending on time and season (live with the customer, prices vary during tax season).

  • Onsite (at your office one-on-one or multiple staff members) QuickBooks/Excel/Accounting Training $900 half-day or $1,500 Full-day (live with the customer, prices vary during tax season ).

  • Group Training Workshop (we’ll bring the classroom to your office) $1,800 per day for 4 attendees/workstations, + $100 per additional seat

Optional/ Additional Services:

  • Payroll up to 3 employees, included initial setup and training on how to run payroll. – $295 per quarter (Included with Strategic Accounting Level )
